Dr. Hadley S. Koltun
Ph.D., C. Psych
Psychologist
Hadley Koltun, Ph.D., C. Psych. specializes in the assessment of children and adolescents. He completed his Bachelors of Science (Honours) at York University and both his Masters of Arts and Doctorate in the School and Child Clinical Program at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. He had strong training in both research and clinical interventions throughout his academic career.
He has experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments in children, adolescents and adults for a variety of educational/learning concerns as well as mental health concerns. Dr. Koltun has training and experience in working with learning disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, intellectual/developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). He also has training and experience working with anxiety, mood issues and emotional dysregulation.
Dr. Koltun has had experience working in community mental health including a mental health program in Northern Ontario (North of Superior Programs). He completed his pre-doctoral practicums at the Scarborough Board of Education (now Toronto District School Board) and the psychology department at the Lakeridge Health Hospital in Oshawa, Ontario, as well as his residency at the Hincks-Dellcrest Centre (now the SickKids Community Mental Health Program).
He continues to work part time at JVS Toronto as a psychologist conducting psychoeducational assessments for children, adolescents and adult as well as providing counselling and consulting. Dr. Koltun has also been involved in both supervision and mentoring psychology students and clinicians proceeding towards registration as psychologists or psychological associates. He currently serves as a Director for the board of Autism Ontario.
Dr. Koltun is a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
