    Registered Physiotherapist

Bahram graduated from the University of Toronto and then completed a Clinical Master’s and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Queensland, Australia, and Andrews University, USA, respectively. He has been working as a registered physiotherapist for over 32 years in outpatient orthopaedic and sports injury settings, with a particular focus on chronic pain.

In addition to his physiotherapy practice, he volunteered for over 10 years with the Children’s Aid Society as a big brother and he has been a supporter of Covenant House and 360 Kids focusing on youth mental health and homelessness. He has a unique physiotherapy approach of connecting with kids through games, music, and laughter to facilitate their recovery. Whether it be a sports injury or chronic pain, his focus is to maximize a sense of control, hope and confidence in children and their parents.

Bahram has been an invited speaker at several national and international conferences on the topic of pain. In 2023 he was the keynote speaker at the McMaster Children’s Hospital discussing the Pediatric Chronic Pain Program.

Bahram, his wife, and their three adult children love attending music festivals to teach singing, dancing, yoga, and circus arts.
